How we started
Born from personal experience: the standard for modern business accommodation.
The idea for JOSH APARTMENTS grew out of a simple observation: standard hotels rarely offer the right balance of privacy and comfort for working, while traditional vacation rentals are often not designed to meet the needs of business travelers.
Founded in 2023 with the vision of rethinking short-term rentals for the B2B sector, we started out as a small-scale project. Our goal was clear: to create first-class accommodation that combines the flexibility of short-term stays with the professional standards of corporate housing.
What began with our first selected units quickly grew into a sought-after choice for businesses and business travelers. Today, we stand for reliable quality, thoughtful design, and service that makes life easier for corporate clients.
