House Rules – JOSH Apartments We want all of our guests to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. To ensure that everyone feels welcome, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules. Respect and Consideration Please treat the apartment, furniture and equipment with care and respect. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a condition that you would be happy to find it in yourself. Quiet Hours Please be considerate of neighbours and other residents in the building. Quiet hours are generally from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum. Smoking Smoking is [not permitted inside the apartment / only permitted on the balcony or designated outdoor area]. Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and only in appropriate containers. Parties and Events Parties, events and excessive gatherings are not permitted in the apartment. Larger gatherings or events require prior written approval from JOSH Apartments. Visitors Visitors are generally welcome as long as the maximum occupancy of the apartment is not exceeded and the comfort and peace of neighbours are respected. Overnight stays by additional guests require prior approval. Pets Pets are [not permitted / permitted upon prior arrangement]. Cleanliness and Waste Please keep the apartment reasonably clean during your stay and dispose of waste according to the provided instructions. At check-out, please leave the apartment tidy and reasonably clean. Damage If you notice any damage, defect or malfunction during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible. If you accidentally cause damage, please report it promptly. We appreciate honest communication and will do our best to find a fair solution. Safety When leaving the apartment, please close all windows and lock the doors properly. Please do not leave valuables unattended. Keys and Access Keys, access cards and access codes must not be given to unauthorised persons. If a key or access device is lost, please contact us immediately. Violation of House Rules In the event of serious or repeated violations of the house rules, JOSH Apartments reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with the applicable contractual and legal provisions.
