For bookings made through third-party booking platforms, the cancellation terms specified by the respective platform also apply. Any statutory rights of the guest remain unaffected. 9. Force Majeure JOSH Apartments shall not be liable for events beyond its reasonable control that substantially affect or prevent the provision of the agreed services. Such events may include natural disasters, official orders, technical failures or other unforeseeable circumstances. 10. Liability Liability shall be governed by the applicable statutory provisions.
